KNX RF / ENO Push Button 440 secure (Article No: 5374)

The KNX RF / ENO Push Button 440 secure unites two wireless protocols in one device: EnOcean and KNX RF. By default, the push button operates in EnOcean mode. EnOcean Secure can be enabled via a key combination. Configuration with ETS® switches the push button to KNX RF mode with optional support for KNX Data Security. A factory reset switches the device back to the EnOcean protocol.

Battery Powered

EnOcean is a well-established standard, primarily known for self-powered devices. While battery-less push buttons are an interesting solution, they have drawbacks such as required force and noise. The KNX RF / ENO Push Button 440 secure uses a battery to provide a soft and quiet user experience, ideal for installation in bedrooms and living rooms. It operates with a CR2032 battery offering a typical lifespan of five years. The device is compatible with any EnOcean installation and can also be integrated into a KNX network using the KNX ENO Gateways 626 or 636 secure.

Easy Installation and Operation

KNX RF combines the flexibility of wireless devices with the proven quality of the KNX standard. Pressing a button can be much more than switching a light. Configuration with ETS allows nearly unlimited functionality, including calling scenes, setting RGB colors, or controlling shutters. KNX RF devices can seamlessly integrate into KNX TP networks using the KNX RF/TP MediaCoupler 673 secure.
