The MDT Push-button Smart 55 is a versatile KNX control device featuring a color display and 4 mechanical buttons. It includes RGBW status LEDs for visual feedback, with brightness automatically adjusted via a light sensor. This device supports KNX functions such as switching, dimming, blind control, scenes, and value transmission. Additionally, it is equipped with integrated temperature and humidity sensors for precise room measurements.
The device fits into common 55 mm switch ranges from well-known brands like GIRA, BERKER, JUNG, and MERTEN. Installation is simple thanks to the integrated bus coupling unit (BCU) and KNX standard support. A new feature is the multi-touch function, allowing up to 4 different values or datapoints to be sent with a single button. It requires no external power supply and consumes only 10 mA via the KNX bus. The device is installed in a standard flush-mounted box.
