How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is fully assembled with us. For shipping within the Netherlands, you can choose between PostNL and DPD. Please note that DPD may sometimes take longer than PostNL. For orders to other countries, we use PostNL International or DPD. Normally, you can expect your order within the Netherlands within 2 to 3 business days. However, due to possible high demand or other unforeseen circumstances at the carrier, the delivery of your order may be delayed. For the most current status of your shipment, we recommend checking the track & trace link you receive after your order has been shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

When placing an order shipped via PostNL or DPD, shipping costs will be calculated.

Can I track my order?

If your order has been registered with the carrier, you will receive a track & trace via your provided email address. With this track & trace, you can follow the shipment. Has your package been shipped, but you haven't received a track & trace? Please contact our customer service.

Picking up my order?

If you have chosen to pick up your order, you will be notified at your provided email address once it is ready for pickup. You can then pick up this order on working days between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM at our location in Hazerswoude-Dorp. Please note: pickup is only possible for orders from the Netherlands. Always bring your pickup notification with you.

Returns

My order is not satisfactory, how can I return it?

Is your purchase not entirely satisfactory? Then you can return it within 14 days. These 14 days start from the moment you received the product. By law, you are not required to provide a reason for returning, but we would appreciate it if you did. You must register your return through your account or our customer service. Once the return registration is approved, you will be notified via your provided email address. You can then return the product to us. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged, unmarked packaging. The return costs are at your own expense.

Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Software
  • Specials, products made specifically for you.
  • Described or programmed components.

My order arrived damaged/defective, how can I return it?

If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or incomplete, you can choose to return the item free of charge or have it replaced. You can also do this through a return request.

Insufficiently stamped returns?

If return shipments are insufficiently stamped, we will charge you the remaining amount.

Unregistered returns?

If your return is not registered, it will NOT be processed.

What about my shipping costs when returning?

If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you will only receive a refund for the purchase amount of these specific items, excluding the shipping costs.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?

Once we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded as soon as the return inspection is completed. This will happen within the legal 14 days after receipt. In most cases, this will be processed within a week.
