The MDT KNX Presence Detector offers highly accurate motion and presence detection using 1 to 4 pyro sensors with a high-resolution lens. This detector is available in several versions: as a presence detector with a light sensor or as a presence detector with a light sensor and constant light regulation, making it ideal for smart lighting and HVAC applications.

- Available with 1, 3, or 4 pyro sensors for motion and presence detection
- Sensitivity adjustable in 10 steps for day, night, and alarm scenarios
- Motion detection range: up to 16 meters (Ø)
- Presence detection range: up to 8 meters (Ø)
- Constant light regulation available on K3 and K4 models for uniform light intensity
- Supports up to 4 light channels with individual sensor evaluation
- 1 HVAC channel and 1 alarm/notification channel
- White LED nightlight and orientation light function
- Avoidance of false alarms through sensitivity reduction and adjustable observation windows
- Lock and forced guidance function with release time
- Short-term presence detection to reduce follow-up time
- Extensive day and night settings with a second switch object
