The MDT Central Operation Unit Smart 86 combines multiple functions in one device and serves as the central control unit for your smart building. This unit can perform central functions such as preselecting setpoint temperatures, controlling blinds, and switching outdoor lighting. It is typically installed in a central location, such as the building’s entrance area, and offers a total of 24 functions, including 4 direct control functions and 20 menu functions. The integrated astronomical timer automates the operation of blinds and lighting based on sunrise and sunset.

Programming and commissioning are done via the ETS software, available for download on the MDT website. The recommended installation height is 1.6 meters, and the device is designed for flush-mounted installation in dry rooms, making it ideal for both new installations and renovation projects.
